Weddings in Calabria
Calabria is where I live and work.
I photograph weddings here across the coast, historic towns and countryside, with an approach built around people, atmosphere and a genuine sense of place.
I work primarily in a documentary way, allowing the day to unfold naturally and stepping in only when direction is useful.
DIGITAL, 35MM FILM & VHS
A wedding does not necessarily need one visual language.
I work with digital photography and 35mm film, sometimes alongside VHS, choosing each format for what it can add to the story rather than for the sake of nostalgia.
Different textures, different ways of remembering the same day.

A LOCAL PERSPECTIVE, FOR COUPLES COMING FROM ANYWHERE
Many of the weddings I photograph in Calabria bring together families, friends and cultures from different parts of the world.
Being based here means knowing the region beyond a destination on a map — its distances, its light, its places and the different rhythm of a wedding in Southern Italy.
For couples planning from abroad, the entire process can be handled in English, from the first conversation to the final details before the wedding.
Do you live elsewhere but have roots in Calabria?
FROM THE COAST TO THE COUNTRYSIDE
I photograph weddings throughout Calabria, including Tropea and the Tyrrhenian coast, Soverato, Gerace, Locri and the landscapes of the Calabrian countryside.
Whether the celebration takes place by the sea, in a historic town or in a private venue, the place is always part of the story.

PLANNING A WEDDING IN CALABRIA?
01.
Are you based in Calabria?
Yes. Calabria is my home base, and I photograph weddings throughout the region as well as across Southern Italy and the rest of the country.
02.
Do you work with international couples?
Yes. I regularly photograph weddings that bring together people from different countries, and the entire planning process can be handled in English.
03.
Do you photograph weddings on 35mm film?
Yes. 35mm photography can be part of the wedding coverage alongside digital photography, creating a complete story through two distinct formats.
04.
Do you also offer video?
I offer a VHS wedding film service designed around the feeling of personal home movies — spontaneous footage, ambient sound and a deliberately imperfect visual language.
